Ordering OrderingWhat is PayPal and How do I use it?PayPal are a USA based subsidiary of eBay, accepted by millions of eBay and other sellers! It is FREE, Fast, Easy and Secure. We never see your credit card details. To make a purchase just click on one of the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" buttons for the product you require. You can then click the "View Cart" button to see your complete list of purchases. You may then remove any items you have changed your mind about. I do not have a PayPal Account. How long do I have to wait after placing my order before I receive my goods?We attempt to dispatch all stocked items within 3 working days, but usually the same day. However many items produced to order and can take around 3 to 4 weeks to produce before dispatch. Back to Top Of Page
Out of Stock Items and Incomplete OrdersYour web site listed an item, but after I ordered it, you said it was out of stock.Many items are produced to order and so can take around 3 to 4 weeks to produce before dispatch. Also it is possible for us to sell out of an item between the time the site was last updated and the time we fill your order. This is occasionally true for very popular items. If an item is out of stock, will you send it later?We will contact you to advise an estimate of the delivery date. If this date is acceptable you need no further action. Alternatively we can provide a refund for the unavailable parts or fully refund your order if you prefer. What if I need all of my order sent together, or not sent at all if you don't have part of it?Please tell us this in the "Special Instructions" section of the Order Form or send us an eMail with your instructions. If you send items later, do I have to pay more for shipping and handling?No. You will never be charged more than the shipping and handling fee would have been if all of the items were sent together. PaymentI'm nervous about sending my credit card information over the Internet. Is it safe?Yes. PayPal encrypt all transactions. It is as safe as using your credit card to buy petrol. I understand this, but I'm still somewhat concerned.Most credit card agreements protect the cardholder if the card is lost or stolen or abused without your authorisation. Check your agreement, and you will probably find that yours does, too. If I wish to pay by cheque, how do you handle it?When we receive the order with your cheque, we will fill your order and pack it ready for shipping to you. If the check is for over $100, we may not actually ship the order until your check clears the bank. In any case, though, the items you have ordered are set aside for you.
